Moonwell Orcahrd Sandwich
A hearty sandwich made with a rustic honey oat homemade bread that is lightly toasted to give it a warm nutty flavor. A spread of honey mixed with thyme is layered on roasted chicken breast, thin slices of apples, and creamy brie cheese. The handful of baby greens straight from Calder Farms adds a touch of earthy freshness. There is a small spoonful of cranberry preserve to provide a pleasant balance of sweetness and tart.

Starfall Grove Sandwich
A herb roasted beef brisket, caramelized onions, and Bleau cheese.
A thinly sliced roasted her beef that is resting between two thick slices of dark rustic rye bread. The beef is seasoned with rosemary, cracked black pepper, garlic, and a hint of juniper that is grown on Calder Farms. A small amount of blackberry preserve gives a contrast against the savory beef and the sharp Bleau cheese.
